Wine Club Terms and Conditions
- By joining Kissan Vineyards Wine Club you agree to the terms and conditions as a Kissan Vineyards Wine Club Member
- Club members must provide us with their personal email for communications and newsletters, and promotions.
- Club members authorize and accept Kissan Vineyards to charge their credit card automatically for each upcoming wine club release at any time.
- One family member or friend can be authorized for pickup. Individuals not authorized will be unable to pick up on the wine club members' behalf.
- Members can enjoy discounts during checkout online or instore. Please mention you are a member during checkout instore to ensure it is applied to your items.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- Please update and submit any changes to your billing, shipping, membership, or wine customizations 7 days prior to the next release. Neglecting to do so may result in additional shipping charges, processing delays, and our default wine release.
- All shipping addresses can only be to a valid Canadian home or business address, excluding Nunavut. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Rural addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
- Must be 19 years of age or older for membership, pickup, or when accepting wine delivery.
- Credit card is kept securely on file and processed 3 - 4 weeks prior to each release.
- If you opted to pick-up your order at the wineshop, please do so on or up to a maximum of 30 days after the date specified. After 30 days we will automatically ship these wines to you with a shipping charged processed to the card on file.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Canceling prior to receiving 3 wine club releases incurs an early cancelation fee of $50. All cancelation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@kissanvineyards.com. Cancelation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled release. Any cancelations after our release notification has been sent will apply to the following release.
- Prices or package types can change at any time. Listed prices do not include tax or bottle deposit. Non-refundable once processed. Coupons hold no cash value and cannot be combined with any other offers.
