Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Kissan Wines Ltd dba Kissan Vineyards will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed; by law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.

We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement and once received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please note: refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post to your credit card account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error so please double check your order prior to placing it.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kissan Wines Ltd dba Kissan Vineyards, 2845 Boucherie Road, West Kelowna BC V1Z 2G6, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
